Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large sauté pan, combine Prosecco, minced garlic, and finely chopped shallot over medium heat. Stir gently and bring to a gentle simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Gradually whisk in the cubed unsalted butter into the simmering Prosecco mixture, cooking over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the peeled and deveined large shrimp, season lightly with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley, gently tossing the shrimp to coat.
  5. Serve immediately over pasta or with crusty bread, garnished with additional parsley.
