Instructions
-
Cook the Pasta:

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Return the sausage to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley. -

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and garlic powder, stirring continuously. Slowly whisk in grated Parmesan until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper. -
Combine and Serve:
Toss the cooked pasta with the creamy Parmesan sauce until fully coated. Serve pasta topped with the garlic butter sausage bites and garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
-
Add a splash of white wine or chicken broth to the garlic butter for added richness.
-
Feel free to substitute sausage with chicken, shrimp, or a plant-based protein.
-
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture.
-
To reheat leftovers, add a bit of cream or milk to revive the sauce’s silkiness.
