Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound chorizo sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces 1 brick cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup salsa or picante sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning
  • 4.5 ounces 1 can chopped ripe olives, drained
  • 4 ounces 1 can mild green chilies, chopped
  • 1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 8 10-inch flour tortillas

Method
 

Prepare the Filling:
  1. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, lime juice, and taco seasoning until smooth.
Incorporate Ingredients:
  1. Stir in crumbled chorizo, chopped olives, green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix until evenly combined.
Spread and Roll:
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about ½ cup of the filling evenly over the tortilla, leaving a ½-inch border. Roll the tortilla tightly.
Chill:
  1. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Slice and Serve:
  1. Remove the wraps and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.
