Step-by-Step Instructions for VIRAL CHUCK ROAST TACOS
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Season the chuck roast with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning, covering it evenly. Place in a Dutch oven or covered baking dish.
  2. Bake the seasoned chuck roast for about 4 hours until tender and shreddable. If necessary, return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.
  3. After cooking, let the roast rest, then shred it using two forks. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and toss the shredded beef with its fat. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Prepare guacamole by mashing the avocados with lime juice and orange juice (if using). Stir in red onion and cilantro, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Warm tortillas and layer each with guacamole, followed by the crispy shredded beef. Top with chopped white onion, cilantro, and salsa.
