- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and slice them into ½ inch thick strips.
- In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to create the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Wash and core the apples, slicing them into thick pieces and coat them with cinnamon sugar.
- Wrap each cinnamon-coated apple slice in a strip of puff pastry, sealing with dairy-free milk.
- Brush the tops of the pastries with dairy-free milk and sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
