Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and yellow mustard. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Chill in the fridge.
  2. Slice the focaccia bread into halves and optionally toast for 2–3 minutes. Slice avocado, tomato, and red onion thinly. Pull apart rotisserie chicken.
  3. Spread the mustard mayo sauce on both sides of one half of the focaccia. Layer provolone, pulled chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with the other half of focaccia. Slice in half and serve immediately.
