  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 4 ounces Havarti cheese sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread the mixture evenly on the cut sides of each croissant.
  4. Layer the bottom half of each croissant with sliced turkey, followed by Havarti cheese, baby spinach, and tomato slices.
