  • 1 banana preferably frozen, sliced
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt optional
  • ¼ cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup optional
  • A handful of ice cubes optional

Method
 

Gather Your Ingredients:
  1. Prepare your ingredients. Use frozen mango and banana for a thicker, creamier smoothie.
Layer Ingredients in Blender:
  1. Add ingredients to the blender in this order: orange juice, almond milk, Greek yogurt (if using), mango, banana, honey (if desired), and ice cubes (if using).
Blend Until Smooth:
  1. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are completely combined and smooth. Pause to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
