Prep the Croissants – Cut croissants into thirds.

Soak & Assemble – Dip croissant pieces into the egg mixture, shaking off excess liquid. Layer them in a baking dish.
Add Fillings – Tuck slices of deli meat and cheese into the spaces between the croissants.
Prepare the Glaze – In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, honey, and herbs.
Bake to Perfection – Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the cheese melts and the tops turn golden brown. Baste with honey butter before serving.
