  • Eggs 3-4 large
  • Heavy Cream or Milk 1/2 cup

  • Fresh Rosemary 1 tbsp, chopped
  • Swiss Cheese 8-10 slices
  • Mozzarella 1/4 cup, shredded
Sweet Herb Butter Glaze

  2. Make the Egg Mixture – In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, garlic salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary.
  3. Soak & Assemble – Dip croissant pieces into the egg mixture, shaking off excess liquid. Layer them in a baking dish.
  4. Add Fillings – Tuck slices of deli meat and cheese into the spaces between the croissants.

Notes

  • Best Served: Fresh out of the oven for maximum crispiness and flavor.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
  • Variations: Try different cheeses like cheddar or brie for a twist. Add caramelized onions or sundried tomatoes for extra depth.
  • Make it Sweeter: Swap deli meat for thinly sliced apples and sprinkle some cinnamon for a sweet version!
