Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with flour, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In the same pan, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey, and let it simmer until slightly thickened.
Combine: Return the chicken to the pan and toss it in the sauce until well coated.
Serve: Garnish with sliced green onions and serve over rice or noodles.
