Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Glaze - Mix together soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Eggs - Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack in eggs and cook until whites are set, about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up. Set aside.
  3. Fry the Spam - Dice Spam into cubes and fry in the skillet for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove excess grease if needed.
