For the Chicken
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast
For the Veggies
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Fresh is best.
  • 3-4 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh or pre-minced.
For the Noodles
  • 8 ounces Noodles Choice of rice, soba, or whole wheat.
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with sesame oil.
  • 2-3 tablespoons Soy Sauce Gluten-free if desired.
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Paste Adjust to taste.

For Garnishing
  • Optional Garnishes (sesame seeds, green onions) Enhances flavor and presentation.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 8-10 minutes). Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet, cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Toss in broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and chili paste, stirring to coat chicken and broccoli. Cook for an additional minute.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet and gently toss to combine everything well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve hot, garnished with optional sesame seeds or chopped green onions.

Notes
