Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Baking Surface by lining a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies finely using a food processor until they resemble sand.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese into the crushed Oreos until fully combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into evenly sized balls using a cookie scoop, about an inch in diameter.
  5. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  6. Make snowman hats by melting Ghirardelli white wafers and securing a mini Oreo half on top of a Rolo candy.
  7. Dip the chilled snowman balls into the melted white chocolate until fully coated.
  8. Decorate before the chocolate sets, adding sprinkles for facial features and attaching the chocolate hats.
  9. Let the decorated balls sit at room temperature to set completely.
