Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine your shrimp and crab, cooking until just opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp and crab with cheese and seasonings.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your biscuit dough until about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Scoop a portion of the shrimp and crab filling onto the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges shut.
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Bake the melts for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
