Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak the crustless bread in white wine for about 5 minutes, then tear it into smaller pieces.
  2. Combine ground pork, lean ground beef, egg, parsley, oregano, cumin, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Crumble the soaked bread into the meat mixture and knead gently until combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into 15 oval meatballs and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the meatballs until golden brown.
  6. Melt butter in the same skillet and whisk in flour, cooking until sandy and golden.
  7. Gradually add hot stock and lemon juice, whisking until the sauce thickens.
  8. Simmer the seared meatballs in the sauce for about 20 minutes.
  9. Serve the meatballs hot with the creamy sauce.
