Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, and optional vegetarian oyster sauce until smooth. Set the sauce aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the red bell pepper, julienned carrots, broccoli, snow peas, baby corn, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 7-8 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
  4. Lower the heat and pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables. Stir to coat and cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary by adding more rice vinegar or soy sauce.
  6. Serve your Easy Pad Pak over rice or noodles and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
