  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the unsalted butter and olive oil, waiting for it to foam.
  5. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the skillet and sear undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip the shrimp gently and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until opaque. Transfer to a plate covered with foil.
  7. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  8. Stir in the spice mixture for just 10 seconds, then add zucchini and bell peppers, sautéing for 2-3 minutes.
