Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy Strawberry Yogurt Bites
  1. Begin by washing about one cup of fresh strawberries thoroughly under cold water. Remove the green stems and any blemishes, then place them in a food processor. Blend the strawberries until they reach a smooth puree consistency, which should take about 30 seconds.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine approximately ¼ cup of your freshly made strawberry puree with one cup of Greek yogurt. Stir gently until the mixture is well-blended and smooth.
  3. Prepare a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag by cutting off one corner if using the latter. Spoon the yogurt mixture into the piping bag.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. With your prepared piping bag, pipe small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment, aiming for about one inch in diameter.
  5. Once all the dollops are piped, carefully transfer the sheet pan to the freezer. Allow the yogurt bites to freeze for at least one hour.
  6. After an hour of freezing, your Easy Strawberry Yogurt Bites should be ready to enjoy! Serve them immediately or transfer to an airtight container for later.
