- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs and ricotta cheese. Whisk until smooth.
- Set your silicone molds into a baking pan and fill each mold about 3/4 full.
- Create a water bath by pouring hot water into the baking pan, halfway up the sides of the molds.
- Bake for 25 to 35 minutes until no longer jiggly.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then remove from molds and serve.
