Step 1: Prepare the Pumpkin Mixture

- In a large mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until fluffy and soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the pumpkin mixture until fully combined.
Step 3: Prepare the Coffee Mixture
- In a shallow dish, combine the cooled espresso and coffee liqueur (if using). Stir gently to mix.
Step 4: Assemble the Tiramisu
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they absorb just enough liquid without becoming soggy.
- Arrange a single layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish or a trifle bowl.
- Spread half of the pumpkin mascarpone filling evenly over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top, followed by the remaining mascarpone filling.
