  • Ladyfinger biscuits for assembling the layers

Method
 

Whip Up the Creamy Bliss:
  1. Mix the mascarpone and chocolate spread until smooth.
  2. Reserve 40 g of the mixture for later use and transfer the remainder into a piping bag.
Create the Chocolate Bath:
  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches a boil.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in the chocolate spread, and mix until smooth.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
Assemble the Layers:
  1. Take one ladyfinger biscuit and pipe a generous dollop of the cream onto it.
  2. Place another ladyfinger on top and press gently to form a sandwich.
Coat in Chocolate & Hazelnuts:
  1. Spread the reserved cream mixture around the edges of the assembled biscuit sandwich.
  2. Quickly dip the sides into the cooled chocolate mixture.
  3. Roll the dipped edges in finely chopped hazelnuts for a crunchy finish.

  1. Place each dessert on a small paper liner.
