Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Set aside.
Step 3: Combine the Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until the wet ingredients are smooth and fully combined.
Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Stir gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the bread light and tender.
