Measure the Rice Chex cereal and add it to a large mixing bowl.
In a separate gallon bag, combine the powdered sugar and sugar cookie mix. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the green frosting in 20-second intervals until fully melted.
Pour the melted frosting over the cereal and gently fold it in until all pieces are evenly coated.
Add in the sprinkles and mix lightly.
Transfer the coated cereal into the prepared bag with powdered sugar and cookie mix. Seal the bag and shake well to coat.
Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and let it dry completely.
Sprinkle additional gold sprinkles on top before serving.
