  • ¾ tablespoon mint extract
  • 3-4 drops green food coloring
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips
  • cups Lucky Charms marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Preheat & Prepare – Heat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Creamy Base – In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Color & Flavor Infusion – Mix in the egg, mint extract, and green food coloring until well combined.
  4. Dry Ingredients Magic – Gradually add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in the Fun – Gently stir in mint chocolate chips and Lucky Charms marshmallows.
