Unwrap & Prepare
Unwrap all the Rolo candies and set them aside.
Preheat your oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Layer It Up
Arrange half of the pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Place one Rolo on top of each pretzel.
Melt & Sandwich
Bake for about 3 minutes, just until the Rolos appear shiny and slightly softened.
Remove from the oven and press another pretzel gently on top of each softened Rolo to form a small sandwich.
Let cool for at least 30 minutes (or speed up the process in the fridge).
Dip & Decorate
Melt the chocolate wafers using a double boiler or microwave at 50% power in 45-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
Lightly dip one side of each pretzel sandwich into the melted chocolate, then place them back on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with festive toppings.
Set & Enjoy
Let the candies sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate sets.
