Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1.5-quart baking dish.
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8-9 minutes until al dente, then drain.
- Chop the leftover turkey and warm the mashed potatoes. Combine turkey, potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, and half the cheddar in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread ¾ cup of gravy on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Stuff the cooked pasta shells with the filling and arrange in the baking dish.
- Drizzle remaining gravy over the shells and top with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving, optionally garnishing with fresh herbs.
