  • 2 cups Bread Stuffing Use gluten-free stuffing if preferred.
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Mozzarella or fontina can be used as alternatives.
  • 3/4 cup Gravy Homemade or store-bought.
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 1.5-quart baking dish.
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8-9 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  3. Chop the leftover turkey and warm the mashed potatoes. Combine turkey, potatoes, celery, onion, garlic, and half the cheddar in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread ¾ cup of gravy on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  5. Stuff the cooked pasta shells with the filling and arrange in the baking dish.
  6. Drizzle remaining gravy over the shells and top with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving, optionally garnishing with fresh herbs.
