Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the onion rings by slicing into thick rings and separating the layers.

  3. Stuff the onion rings with the jalapeño mixture.
  4. Set up breading stations with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each stuffed onion ring in flour, followed by the egg wash, and then breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Fry the onion rings for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and serve warm.
