Step-by-Step Instructions for Banana Tiramisu
- In a large mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of mascarpone cheese, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the whipped cream. Beat until smooth, around 2-3 minutes.
- Arrange one layer of ladyfingers in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Ensure they touch each other closely.
- Brush half of the orange juice (about 1/4 cup) over ladyfingers. Allow to soak for 2-3 minutes.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over ladyfingers, then layer with sliced ripe bananas.
