- Brown 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. Add 1 packet of taco seasoning mixed with ¼ cup of water and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
- Heat 1 can of refried beans in the microwave or on the stovetop for about 2-3 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Layer thick-cut tortilla chips, warmed refried beans, seasoned ground beef, and cheeses, topping with jalapeños and onions.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Cook nachos for approximately 4-6 minutes until cheese is bubbling and chips are crispy.
- Serve the nachos on a platter, garnished with cilantro and optional toppings on the side.
