Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and cube the russet potatoes. Place them in salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return to the pot over low heat for 3 minutes to remove excess moisture.
