Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Remove the refrigerated pie crust from the packaging and allow to rest at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough on a floured surface, while preheating the air fryer to 350°F.
  3. Cut out circles from the pie dough using a 3-inch cookie cutter, aiming for about 12 circles.
  4. Combine chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows, and half the crushed graham crackers in a bowl.
  5. Spoon 1 tablespoon of filling onto half of the dough circles, leaving space at the edges.
  6. Moisten edges with water, place another dough circle on top, and seal edges with a fork.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with graham crackers or cinnamon sugar.
  8. Air fry at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
