- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Melt half a cup of unsalted butter, then add one large egg, ¾ cup of light brown sugar, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Add one cup of all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt to the wet mixture. Mix gently and pour into the pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
- Sprinkle one cup of chocolate chips and one cup of shredded coconut over the warm crust, then pour the sweetened condensed milk on top.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the pie and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
- Allow the pie to cool for 15 minutes, then drizzle melted chocolate over it.
- Chill completely for at least 4 hours before serving.
