  • 0.67 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk approximately two-thirds of a standard can
  • 0.5 cups Salted Caramel Sauce homemade or store-bought

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. Melt half a cup of unsalted butter, then add one large egg, ¾ cup of light brown sugar, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add one cup of all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt to the wet mixture. Mix gently and pour into the pie dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
  5. Sprinkle one cup of chocolate chips and one cup of shredded coconut over the warm crust, then pour the sweetened condensed milk on top.
  6. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the pie and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
  7. Allow the pie to cool for 15 minutes, then drizzle melted chocolate over it.
  8. Chill completely for at least 4 hours before serving.
