  • 1 cup Fairlife Milk or any milk, almond milk for dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Kodiak pancake mix, eggs, Fairlife milk, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Fold in the cooked Jimmy Dean maple sausage and shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the muffin tins, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, loosen the muffins from the edges, and transfer them to a wire rack.
