Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ¾ cup sugar, ½ cup sour cream, ¼ cup softened butter, and 1 egg. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of mashed ripe bananas and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
