Prepare the Chicken:
- Toss chicken with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning.

Cook the Pasta and Tomatoes:
- Add grape tomatoes, 3 tablespoons olive oil, and Italian seasoning to the Instant Pot.
- Place the feta block in the center of the tomatoes.
- Pour in water or broth and stir gently. Add uncooked bow-tie pasta, ensuring it’s submerged in liquid.
Pressure Cook the Dish:
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing position.
- Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Perform a quick release by carefully turning the valve to venting.
Combine Ingredients:
- Open the lid and stir the melted feta cheese and burst tomatoes into the pasta to create a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the pot and toss everything together until well combined.
Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle fresh basil over the pasta and serve immediately.
