Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, season the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat evenly.
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken thighs and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the chicken.
Drizzle the hot honey and lemon juice over the feta and chicken.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
