  1. Prepare Chai Milk by heating 1 cup of milk, steep 2 chai tea bags for 20 minutes, then remove bags.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare an 8 or 9-inch round cake pan.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: whisk together flour, flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom.
