Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the ciabatta rolls in half horizontally and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle a little olive oil on the cut sides of the ciabatta rolls.
Toast the rolls in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are lightly golden and crispy.
Remove the rolls from the oven and spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on the bottom half of each roll.
Layer the fresh mozzarella slices evenly on top of the pesto.
Add the prosciutto slices over the mozzarella, followed by the tomato slices and a handful of arugula.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the arugula and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the top half of the ciabatta rolls on each sandwich and press down gently.
If desired, return the sandwiches to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to warm through and melt the cheese slightly.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
