Method
- Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking pan.
- Mix It Up – In the baking pan, combine creamed corn, whole kernel corn (with liquid), elbow macaroni, butter, and Velveeta cheese. Stir to mix evenly.
- Bake Covered – Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Stir & Continue Baking – Remove foil, stir, and bake uncovered for an additional 25 minutes or until the macaroni is tender.
- Serve & Enjoy – Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. The casserole will thicken as it cools.
