Ingredients
  

For the Roll-Ups:
  • 10-12 slices of bread any type, crusts removed
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup butter melted

Method
 

Prepare the Bread:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread into a thin rectangle.
Make the Filling:
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the Coating:
  1. In one shallow dish, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Pour the melted butter into another shallow dish.
Assemble the Roll-Ups:
  1. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of flattened bread.
  2. Roll each slice tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
Coat the Roll-Ups:
  1. Dip each roll-up into the melted butter, coating thoroughly.
  2. Roll the buttered roll-up in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated.
Bake:
  1. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
