Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8-inch round cake pans with non-stick spray, lining the bottoms with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, instant vanilla pudding mix, egg whites, milk, sour cream, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Divide the batter into two bowls. Add green food coloring to one bowl and purple to the other. Pour into prepared cake pans and bake for 28-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the cakes cool, then cut into small cubes.
  5. Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the mixture.
  6. Layer green cake cubes, crushed Oreos, cream filling, purple cake cubes, and more Oreos in jars.
  7. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
