Step-by-Step Instructions for Ghostbusters Stay Puft Marshmallows
- Melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip the bottom of a large marshmallow in melted chocolate, and press it onto parchment paper. Stack two more marshmallows using chocolate as glue, then chill for 10 minutes.
- Coat the entire stacked marshmallow figure with the remaining melted chocolate and place candy eyes on top before the chocolate hardens.
- Dust with powdered sugar and use the black edible marker to draw facial features. Allow to set completely at room temperature.
