Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Pasta & Sauce
  • 10 oz pasta penne or fettuccine
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook the Pasta
  2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook the Chicken
  4. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  7. Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  8. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  9. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  10. Stir constantly until smooth and creamy.
  11. Combine Everything
  12. Add pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing until well-coated.
  13. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
  14. Serve & Enjoy
  15. Plate warm and serve with garlic bread or a side salad.

Notes

  • Swap heavy cream for half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • Add mushrooms, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
