Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Split the English muffins in half and cut them into 1-inch pieces. Layer in the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle chopped Canadian bacon evenly over the muffins.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and onion powder until frothy.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the muffin and bacon layers.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  7. Remove wrap, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
