  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt substitute with coconut or almond yogurt for dairy-free
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats use quick oats with an increase of protein powder by 2 Tbsp
  • 1/3 cup Honey maple syrup can be used for a vegan option
  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder increase by 1-2 Tbsp if using quick oats
  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter e.g., almond or peanut
Optional Mix-ins
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Dried Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Dry Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together rolled oats and protein powder.
  2. Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients - In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and nut butter. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures - Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until fully coated.
  4. Step 4: Add Mix-ins - Incorporate chopped almonds, dark chocolate chips, or any desired mix-ins.
  5. Step 5: Transfer to Pan - Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment and pour the mixture in, pressing down firmly.
  6. Step 6: Chill the Mixture - Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Step 7: Slice the Bars - Once firm, lift out and slice into 8-12 equal bars.
