Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat for creaminess
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Flaked sea salt optional, for topping

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly, about ½ inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top, gently pressing them into the yogurt.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.
  5. Break into bite-sized pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamy texture.
  • Freeze fully before breaking to prevent crumbling.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
  • Let it sit for a minute before eating for the best texture.
