  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and chopped red onion.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chopped basil to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
