Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cooked roast beef shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup beef broth for dipping

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded roast beef, mozzarella cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the beef and cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  4. Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  6. Serve the pinwheels with a small bowl of warm beef broth for dipping.
