Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and fresh lime juice. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. Finely dice red onions and slice jalapeños. Shred cheddar cheese and chop fresh cilantro.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Allow to preheat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Grill hot dogs for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally to brown evenly.
  5. Toast split sides of buns on the grill for the last 2 minutes until golden.
  6. Spread Firecracker Sauce inside each toasted bun, insert grilled hot dog, and top with cheese, onions, jalapeños, and cilantro.
