Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium tortillas flour, whole wheat, or gluten-free
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for cooking
Optional Add-Ins:
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • ½ cup cooked grilled chicken diced

Method

  4. Serve: Remove from heat, let cool for a minute, then slice into wedges. Enjoy warm!
